Artist Alex Schweder and Ward Shelley (previously) have created a "multi-function" house called "ReActor" with a height of about 2.5m and balanced on a concrete column about 4.3m high.

Movements inside the house, as well as external forces such as wind, will cause the house to tilt slightly and turn as if you were playing the seesaw.

And just like I thought I had seen it before, along with a rotating home that was balancing on a single pillar of concrete. This, of course, is not a real home so, although it is designed so much to look and act like one. Called ReActor, this art installation is a collaboration between Schweder + Shelley, forming part of their experimental artwork "social relationship architecture." In the summer of 2016, the artist-artist duo lived in a five-day New York suburban home. Why are you asking? Well, all in the name of art - that's why. The 13m x 2.5m wide can rotate 360 degrees on the top of 4.5m high concrete columns. The dwelling also tilted towards Alex Schweder and Ward Shelley's movement, outside the force and interior conditions. Turning and seeing as the tilts create the intimate relationship between architecture and the inhabitants can be seen. Give a whole new meaning to "If the house is rockin '..."
