I wouldn't mind having the boat, but only if it up and running like it was back in the day. Also I'd have to add some ammenities like a swimming pool with a nice hot tub and sauna. I'd also need to convert some of that deck to a nice gardening platform and add some nice trees. Yeah turn the whole thing in to a moving tropical island that just happens to have two batteries of 5in guns in the middle of it.
