Just had to google this to find out what it was and its ingredients and glad that I did. This is what I found on google ... Galician Pork and Pepper Pie. A two-crusted savoury pastry pie. Typically crammed with fish or meat, red or green peppers, and onions. This has left my mouth watering and that is sad for me because I only have pork pies in the fridge.. lol Thanks for sharing
