The bottle gourds
Greetings everyone! Hope everybody is doing well. I'm much better. Today I bring you another new blog. I always share good content with you and I like these a lot. Photography can be my hobby or profession. Every now and then I do a lot of photography. In between, I share with you some photography. I hope you and all of you like that photography. Anyway, let me know in the comments.
The bottle gourds are being cut into small pieces. First, the gourds were peeled, and then they are being chopped into fine pieces. Two types of dishes can be cooked with bottle gourd — one is curry (ghonto), and the other is a fried dish.
Bottle gourd is a popular food, and most people like to eat it. It also has beneficial qualities — if there are any stomach problems, it can help to clear them. That’s why many people prefer to eat bottle gourd during the summer.
So today, the gourds are being chopped for cooking. The pieces are being neatly cut into small portions and placed into a bowl. After that, they will be washed and cooked.

Hello! Thank you for sharing another wonderful blog post. I'm really glad to hear you're feeling better, and it's always a joy to read your updates. Your passion for photography really shines through, and I always look forward to the photos you share. It's amazing how you can turn everyday moments into something special with your camera. Keep it up!
I also found the part about cooking with bottle gourd really interesting. It’s great to see how you include not just your photography but also a glimpse into daily life and cooking. Bottle gourd (lau or lau-er torkari, as we say in Bengali households) is indeed a healthy and refreshing summer vegetable. I didn’t know that it helps with stomach problems — that’s a helpful tip! I usually enjoy it as a curry, but now I’m curious to try the fried version too.
The way you described the preparation — peeling, chopping, and washing — made it feel very homely and real. It reminded me of my own kitchen where these little routines make up the heart of everyday life. Sometimes, the simplest things like cooking and photography bring the most joy.
Thank you again for this lovely post. Looking forward to more of your photography and cooking stories! Keep sharing and inspiring us. 😊
