WILDLIFE PHOTOS OF A SNAKE & FROGS IN JANUARY BY THE SIX YEAR OLD PINKIE PEPPER
Today the @little-peppers had a great opportunity and an amazing adventure!!!
Even though it is about freezing cold and January right now, @papa-pepper thought that it would be a great idea to go look for a certain creature in the pond…
Now, we will share more about that part of the adventure later, but we wanted to share a few photos that Pinkie-Pepper just took! When we went searching in the pond, we actually found a snake and a few frogs! Just like @haphazard-hstead said we might!
We have a video that we are making, and a lot of info and photos to share, but this one will just be a photo post sharing some new shots from the 6 year old Pinkie-Pepper!

@papa-pepper would have taken a photo of Pinkie-Pepper taking the pictures, but he didn't have his phone on him, and she had the camera!
As her dad, I think she did amazing. I help set up some of the shots to make sure that they were interesting, but she did the angles and clicking by herself! What do you think about them? I think she's a chip off the old pepper!

Sorry I missed this great post earlier! Nice job in finding those snakes and frogs. The little micro-climates that warm up in the sun can bring them out for a little bit. You live in a special place there in Arkansas!
did the frog get away?
We put them all back where we found them.
Was it too cold for the snake to eat the frog? Also good job with the photos pinkie-pepper. I collected frogs and snakes when I was your age. I'd take them to school for show and tell.
Yeah, the snake was struggling in the pond, which is strange because it's not really an aquatic snake and it's winter. The frogs were hiding under a paddle boat and a rock.
Cold temps must be putting them both into motionless mode! That's a bit risky for the flog I would think. Very cool photos!
Yeah, @papa-pepper staged the photos. Cold temps helped, but the cricket frog jumped off that bullfrog anyway.
