Eviction for development.

Hello friend steemit all, time goes on without waiting for us to rival his step. We must pass the course of time, to seize success.

This post I do not discuss about the time and benefits that are left behind and even crashed in it. My opening words, just as a passionate sentence, because the lethargy of steemit users activity lately. The topic of my post is about eviction that becomes the most common thing we see, becoming a common topic for Indonesian society.

Evictions occur because of land disputes, or disputes over government land that have not been used properly, so people use them to construct buildings for shelter and even build kiosks for selling.

Landscape like the picture above we often see in many places in Indonesia. Eviction by private land disputes or unilaterally government land use. There are also government policies to move crowd places such as markets to other locations, which are considered in accordance with better urban planning.

Clearing the land as shown above, for the construction of government facilities. The soil in the picture above belongs to PT. KAI, this land will be built roads. People use to trade in a long time, because the landowner does not use for his activities.

The government uses heavy equipment to accelerate the eviction process, because with building kiosks or home kits will be quickly demolished.

These evictions can not be done smoothly, generally in some places there is resistance from the kiosk owners because no compensation is done on the building. If the land that is evicted is privately owned there is a dispute, there will be a trial process to prepare the ownership of land or land. If the land is evicted by government-owned buildings, there will be demonstrations with various demands.

I hope that in the future the Government will be more wise, in taking a stance on the empty land used by the community. Although only for ownership to build a house or kiosk. Because the eviction in my opinion is an unwise sight.

Sort:

Now-a-days we can see this process going on every part of the world. I don't know weather the policies are doing right or wrong, but i feel the pain thats goong on through the peoples who are being evicted. But still there no way to feel bad coz whatever happens happens for the good.

Evictions occur because a policy has been decided by the government, or won in the trial of the dispute. The law applies as it is now, it is unfair to be in an invincible position.

Good,, good
