i believe that no person is better than other person bcoz we are all humans, that's basically, but it may be cases where preference between people become necessary like when a firm want to recruit someone, the HR manager will make preference by the calification or what we call in human ressources "the adequacy between the work and the profile of the person "
yes of course, then it is all about if the person is a good fit for the company culture as well, how well will he/she be doing around those who's already there :)
