I ask myself that all the time with various activities. Like worrying. I don't worry because it's never necessary. I simply do what needs to be done or I accept the fact that there's nothing to be done.
I love Marcus Aurelius. I just finished reading Meditations and it may be one of my new favorite books of all time.
