We live in a society which is so dominated by positional classification which refers to ones position in the society. We don't prefer rank classification which is actually defined by ones technical or non technical abilities. Positional ones always dominate the rank ones. Higher salaries are meant for the people who have political favours or organisational favours. We neglect the labour class who put all their blood and sweat in making the organisation to achieve its goal. We just need to do a good human supervision and plus added monetary benefits on this class just to balance out the behavioural approach in general
Possibly, I think Robert Nozick makes a convincing case for inequality in "Anarchy, State and Utopia"
I will have to go through it .
