It is true that they say " all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" , but when the play becomes too much, you become unproductive and "duller" than you are supposed to be.

Depends how you classify work. I don't consider myself dull, at least in my own eyes yet, 90 percent of my time awake is working at something. Work is enjoyable if you do it right.
