RE: Popcornification

The viciousness of man is displayed in full when he can hide behind the mask of anonymity. It is the phenomenon of Gyges' ring. When the consequences of a man's actions can no longer be traced back to him, what will the man not do? How will the man conduct himself, when in the guise of anonymity? That most men will descend into barbaric and beastly behaviors can be readily concluded by a cursory glance at the vitriol spewing out from any of the social media platforms.

Only men, who have disciplined himself through mastering the rules imposed upon him from external sources and developed virtues within themselves, can live his life freely using the rules and virtues. Most of the undisciplined muck live only in license to vice and barbarity. The opinions proffered by the majority of the world is worth less than nothing.

I haven't heard of this, so I will have a look when I have a chance, thanks.

I agree. it doesn't require group rules though as even people who live a hermits life conform to their own standardisation and playbook. Most likely to survive alone demands it.
