Liberation
Liberation
There's a fine line between love and hate you see
Came way too late but baby I'm on it
And there's a fine line between love and hate you see
Can't wait too late but baby I'm on it
Can't worry bout, what a n*gga think now see
That's Liberation and baby I want it
Can't worry bout, what another n*gga think
Now that's Liberation and baby I want it

Love or Hate
I came across this T-shirt about 13 years ago and it is still one of my favorites. I like it not only because of it's reference to one of the greatest philosophy works of the near past (Gödel, Escher, Bach) or to the work of the Escher of the Alphabet (Scott Kim).
It especially reminds me that love and hate are both human emotions that often depend on our point of view.
It's our choice, which of these emotions will lead our decisions, which of these are kept inside or acted out.
Maybe it would help if we could see (the desire of) love in hate and the (possibility of) hate in every kind of love.
What do you think?
