Can Optimism Also Be Negative?

People say, "Don't be so hard on yourself."
And maybe they're right...

But like Alan Greenspan says in his Book, The Map and the Territory 2.0, over-optimism is also our great enemy.

That means to get it, you also have to deserve it.

You have to find the balance.

Which one are you - too hard on yourself or overly optimistic?

Many entrepreneurs fail because they are too optimistic and stop learning because they think things are just going to keep going well.
