Yes what we receive is important too :)
It seems to be a reflections of what we send out and the thoughts we think.
Also the stories we tell ourself.
We might not always know the deep reason why we tell ourself something.
It takes a lot of peeling of onion layers and even after that we still might not find the real reason if it is in our sub conscious.
