Does Disorder Mean Success and Discipline Mean Ruin From A Scientific And Philosophical Perspective?
Everything is not what it seems
From a philosophical perspective, I believe that discipline does not always lead to success, but can also lead to mass chaos. Nazi Germany for instance was founded on the premise of strict discipline, and now basks in history as the initial lesson in creating mass chaos.
From a physics perspective we live in a universe that is chaotic due to the physical law of entropy. Everything is increasing in entropy (there are a few exceptions), so by trying to bring order to it via discipline it actually goes against one of the major laws of physics.
For us to bring order in line, we must take chaos and apply a determined effort of organisation - a strong discipline is not required. Maybe it would be best if we could strike at the right moment instead i.e. at an opportune moment. Perhaps we could use this term instead of discipline.
I've seen countless professions (including Steemit writers!) where discipline and talent is great for improving their craft, but it's not necessarily a must, as some are truly gifted and perform amazing feats that just seem to glide with ease.
So next time you think of discipline, just think of what Chopin can do with a piano or what Roger Federer can do with a tennis racket. All is not what it seems in some cases.
