heya guys , thanks to everyone who tuned in for a great chat on the Coffee and Philosophy with @clayboyn on MSP Waves Radio. I was having some considerable audio issues throughout the chat so my apologies for seeming a little out of time and disconnected, but we do what we can with what we have :)
Regardless of my difficulties , we had ourselves a magnificent chat with the basis of the conversation being Learned Helplessness, hooman resilience, and being a better person. These themes repeated throughout the conversation in a number of ways as the chat went on, we were also joined by @zipporah , @ankapolo and @isaria fleshing out the discussion. there are a number of other topics we moved to , like we tend to do when we go with the flow. but i will let you discover those on the recording of the show linked below.

The notes below are my notes so as not to forget subjects i want to bring up, add to the conversation, or come back around to at some point, but i dont want to break the flow of conversation. it is an insight to the method to my madness.... i promise i do have a method.
