OOooooooh I'm feeling good to day. Maybe it is just coincidence or possibly this program is actually working. Just finished a Killer Dance Sesh, drew for a bit and am now doing my journaling exercise. Earlier today I started a cooking show and recently I have found a lot of clarity about where I want to spend my energy and focus in life.

Going to keep on the optimism/gratitude train, keep doing my self work, and continue to enjoy the life that I have created for myself.

Motivations

1. If you could only do one more thing before you die, what would it be?

Swim in the ocean under a full moon

2. Now, by special grace, and because you are moving toward the one thing you want most, you are going to get to do a second thing, in addition. What would it be?

Have dinner with my family and friends

3. And, finally, you are given an opportunity for a third and last thing, in addition to your first and second choices.

Smoke a join on the porch of a beautiful house while listening to music and watching the stars float past
