Being Broke or Poor, is it a mindset or actual reality?

in #philosophy6 years ago

The reality is that the standard of living in a third world country is nothing to be compared to life cos it is a pure hell. Meanwhile, it is not glamorous on the other side of the border but the attitude of their government to citizens welfare is worthwhile. The mindset of each individual is re - orientated to checkmate a wrong deed while it is a contrast in a third world country. Anyways, it is not like an attack on the third world country cos I am a member of a third world country. But I have some concerns to lay before you that made me a rational thinker oppose to a bloody hypocrite you are thinking I am...

Why are third world countries still refer to as third world?
Why do they refuse to involve with time and advancement?
Can we contend with our contemporaries?

Maybe, if we are able to answer these questions, we can assume we are on a path to achievements. Anyways, that is really an infinitesimal of what I am about to divulge here. So, why don't you air your opinion on this unending question. The quest to end this in our society is like embarking on a journey of no return. Because from time immemorial, the society has been structured to be in class and classless form.

To hold a distinction that betweeen “a poor and the rich”, the only distinction is wealth is a foolish opinion and not to be heard at all.

The juxtaposition between these two positions is really beyond the wealth, or the quantity of “monies” in their disposal. What about the influence wield among the societies by elites (a name called the rich in 19th century), the fame and the popularity that they enjoyed, the power bestowed upon them. Let me put this to you, do you think it is possible to be poor and still have some popularity and fame?

In my opinion, since fame and popularity are relative in definition, I guess the suggestive method is to hold that the poor maybe financially broke but they may hold certain fame and influence among both elites and common race.

Maybe, you have a different opinion about this question - Being broke or poor, is it a mindset or an actual reality?
Let's hear what you think in the comment...

There are a number of countries successfully escaping from the circle of "third", but there are not so many. Poverty and poverty are prevalent in much of the world, this is a global problem requiring coordinated action by all countries, and the rich and poor for their decision, it will not be fast, but it is necessary to desire and start

Exactly, few of those countries are adopting the fast growth of tech and innovations
