Oh, I agree, but I just said punishment plays a BIG role in prevention, not the only one. Like I said 10% of the population would do crime anyway because they think they are smarter than the system. And there are many other variables. But in those circumstances removing punishment would just make things worse. And again, I think this Norway prison is still a cage. Something people don't want to go freely. Something where they are brought and pushed into. So it is still a punishment. It is still a cage.
