i don’t think if he says anything bad to be judged like that. If anything he should keep his personal thoughts to himself so that he won’t confuse others into seeing him as some looney.

Clearly, he has not become anything else if anything he might have become the best version of himself (on his own level) there are Buddhist monks and all sorts of such people. I don’t think they waste so much time in telling others what they’ve achieved. If he feels great about his new self he should keep it to himself.
