What a fantastic post. You never know someone's story. Sometimes I think my kids stole half of my brain cells, and search for words too. And, yes, even short comments are worthwhile when you can tell the person cares. As for @shadowspub, a class act and kindness for sure!
Also, this bit is golden:
never judge a person that you do not know based on what you expect to see. If you do then you will only see what you expect and not the real person before you.
