My dad always used to say there is a big difference between common sense, intelligence and wisdom... and just because you've got one, doesn't mean you've got all of them.

For me, common sense is the ability to make logical decisions based on a situation. Intelligence is the ability to think for yourself, learn and adjust your behaviour. Wisdom is the ability to see the bigger picture and the truth despite appearances.
