Great article, albeit a bit too long for my tired state of mind. But I love that you are promoting peeling the layers off to uncover our true core, true self. That is a way to go, though I personally keep forgetting and want to "do more" even if at the end I don't end up doing anything.
Read a few minutes each day is what I tell the TLDR crowd hehe :) Thanks for the feedback.
