What is security? True security? Does it take the shape of $ bills? Bitcoin? No I dont think so... So what? True wealth, to me, is food, shelter, and clothing, and doctoring.... If the internet and society shut down tomorrow, my life will be completely sustainable. Isnt that why you watch the news? You know, to be prepared when the world falls apart....
We dont need to try so hard to make a perfect world as a collective civilization. We have to realize God gave us a perfect world. Dont look to other people for wisdom. Look to God. It is logical not religious. Man-kind will never know as much as God does... Therefore no human possesses his qualities of infinite goodness..
Why do we idolize politicians, musicians, or athletes?...I say, idolize the heros around you, and in doing so, you will idolize preachers, musicians, and athletes...Idolize the laborers whom God works through. They are the true heros to all of man-kind. It is the laborers that make us who we are. They make us whole...It starts with a farmer growing rice half-way across the world. WE ARE SURVIVORS. Our society is perfect. God gave us a perfect life. Do not deny that. When you do you deny the purpose of your soul.
Then there was Satan. Who is Satan? Satan is the tares in field. It is the bi-product of all things good. Man makes mistakes.
God does not. God makes you make mistakes so you realize that. Understand the things of man but praise the things of God. Our inventions hold great utility but little beauty. My cellular device is not as appealing on the eye as a baby lamb, neither are any words upon a computer screen... There is no "wisdom" without the word of God. The Holy Spirit, get your fill have wine..The body, break bread and love one another. A marvelous life we live marvelous indeed.

God is Lord, he is your ultimate master. You cant eat your bitcoin. So when the internet shuts down, ill have freezers full of food and jars full of vegetation and the guy with 100 bitcoin will have nothing...
And ill have live animals. :D killin it.

Idolize no one but God Himself with praise and worship. Otherwise that is false idolatry to idolize anything or anyone else. God bless

I felt funny saying "idolize" in that context because you should only idolize God while getting across the idea it is okay to look up to the good people around you rather then total strangers (celebrities specifically) I do regret wording it that way however so I do appreciate the insight. God is the only way to save us not this media nonsense.
As you said, we are humans and we make mistakes. It's all good, you can always edit your post. I do so often to rectify my errors.
I think we cleared up the thought. It was said. False Idol, though are different then "true idols" in the sense of worship. For ex, Christ. Christ was "idolized" because he recognized God is the only "good leader" giving others a reason to look through him to gaze upon the mighty God. "False Idols" are anything we create or make up. Fiction. That of falsity. I could talk all day I enjoy it! Maybe to much!
