Top 25 Self Improving Happiness Tips and Finding Enlightenment!

Today we will be looking at how to stay happy while improving yourself and Enlighten yourself to your fullest potential .
Here I compiled a list of things you can do to help the world and yourself. If you would like to be happier, as I’m sure most my readers would, I found some ways to become a overall happier person that is actually backed up by science in most cases examined. Here is some of the best I have found.

1-Prayer

Prayer at the highest levels is a silent contemplative listening for God. When you pray it requires a silent mind and a listening mind with peace and being patient. A mind that can connect and commune and communicate with this wisdom and intelligence that can only be described with the word ‘Divine’. When this happens the silent divine manifests itself as enlightenment.

2-Creativity

If you put your power into creativity and your entrepreneurship - your own personal growth with be building great things and you will achive many things. The art of creating is a way to escape the reality and subsitute your own. If you can see something and make it a real thing it is almost Magic to some so please be very careful with your "Socerery" and please make some "Good" projects so I can help you too.

3-Exercise more – walk a Half mile daily at least

Exercise has such a profound effect on our happiness and well-being that it’s actually been proven to be an effective strategy for overcoming depression. You don’t have to be depressed to gain benefit from exercise, though. It can help you to relax, increase your brain power and even improve your body image, even if you don’t lose any weight. what exercise does to our brains is releasing proteins and endorphins that make us feel happier as well as a huge list of benificial things. So make yourself happier and exercise more.

4-Sleep more – you’ll be less sensitive to negative emotions

Sleep 7 to 8 hours a night,if you dont then take more naps, even a 15 minute nap a couple times a week shows improvments. We need sleep really to be as productive as possible. If you have a partner then cuddle with them more as you rest as that raises your seritonin and other relaxing chemicals we produce naturally.

5-Spend time with friends and family!

Staying in touch with family is one of the best things you can do and keep a mutuial relationship thats benificial. The more friends and family and relatives to count on when having a hard time that person would be healthier. Those who felt very loved and cared for, we predicted, would live the longest overall.

6-Go outside – Happiness is "Air" conditioned.

Making time to go outside on a nice day is the best thing anyone could do to relieve some anxiety or help with depression over time and this is pretty good news for everyone.
Temperature has a bigger effect on our happiness than other variables over the course of a day, it also showed that happiness is maximized at 13.9°C, so keep an eye on the weather forecast before heading outside for your 20 minutes of fresh air.

7-Help others – 100 hours or so a year is about the right amount.

Just 2 hours a week could change your life and others.Helping others can improve our own lives by doing a simple act of kindness produces the single most reliable momentary increase in well-being of any exercise tested on large scales we witnessed. 8-Practice smiling – It shows the world a happy place to be in.

A smile is a good way to alleviate some of the pain we feel and might attract the ones you been looking for or better manifesting for positive things ahead. Warning: People may see this happiness and want to take it away or take it so they can have it. You must block these people from your life and advoid at all cost.

9-Plan something fun.

Not like a holiday, but a fun thing you can do for realitivly cheap and easy and get the most enjoyment out of like on a weekend or a free day or something special in the day- everyday. Plan something spiritual like waking up in the morning and plan to go outside and enjoy nature first thing. After you apperciate the world and you have plans theres nothing but good energy and interentions coming back from the universe.

10-Meditate- reconnect to happiness and original source of all love.

There are a number of different types of meditation, some are considered forms of physical meditation. Regardless of the style of meditation, all types of meditation are connected with calming the mind and bringing conscious attention into oneself so as to reduce the focus on stuff going on outside of you.
Meditation improves focus, clarity your attention span and helps to keep you calm. Italso improves your happiness. Most Gurus you meet will have the biggest smile because thats what they are bringing into the world and want to share that experience. Meditation literally clears your mind of everything the single most effective way to live happier, regular meditation can permanently rewire the brain to raise levels of happiness. How we alter our brain structure through mediation is most amazing and magical however other studies think it isn’t permanent.

11-Practice gratitude – be thankful everyday and night and keep track of it.

Keeping a journal or blog of things you’re grateful for, sharing three good things that happen each day with a friend or your partner, and going out of your way to show gratitude when others help you. Thank whoever your higher power is for life and what you have. Also be happy of things to come as they are great as long as you put forth the energy into making something positive.

12-Getting older will make yourself happier

Somehow we tend to grow happier naturally past 22. As people age, they seek out situations that will lift their moods — for instance, social circles of friends or acquaintances who might bring them down and eliminating them from daily habits. So if you don't like it now you might just need to grow into it and you just havent yet.

13-Chanting

Chanting is rhythmic speaking or singing of words or sounds, often used for the purpose of aligning internal spiritual energy with the divine spirit. Chants range from a simple to very complexed things at once. Chanting ) is a commonly used spiritual practice and like prayer these chant's may be a component of either personal or group practice. Diverse spiritual traditions consider chant a route to spiritual development. Chanting is designed to be a repetitive activity over and over that then reduces the mind’s focus to the one action. As you are being focused on the one activity your less liekly to be distracted by material things or things not of such suggnifficane.

There many types of yoga almost all of which are from the Hindu tradition. Yoga has also been defined as “union with the divine”. Other traditions of yoga are found in Buddhism, Hinduism, and more. Western versions of yoga are now being separated from its eastern philosophical roots of the eastern but the primary foundation of yoga is that it cannot be removed as designed to bring the mind and actions into focus on the body.
Your mind is trained to focus on the body and the body is trained to work more efficiently and be more healthy, the combination of the activity of the mind’s focus and the body’s exhaustion while practicing creates a perfect environment for enlightenment to occur.

15-Martial Arts

The parallels between practicing martial arts and practicing yoga are very clear. They are both a strenuous physical practice of repetitive motions that demand a high amount of mental discipline. The repetitive nature of martial arts movements allows for the mind to quiet and be focused into the body reducing the overall conscious thought. The possibility of enlightenment is of course always present and real and you can see the effects it has done to some people in a good positive way.

Most spiritual religions and traditions practice some sort of fasting which is going without food for a certain period of time. By depriving yourself of this food for a specified period of time you somehow become closer to your higher power. Many cases of people have reported spiritual breakthroughs during prolonged fasting periods with extensive research included.

Sweat lodgescan cause dehydration so drink more fluids than normal. They can be exceptionally effective at triggering an enlightenment experience in a spiritual seeker. When the body falls into a distress the brain also falls into distress. When it does the brain activity decreases and becomes less patterned, bringing the mind into a much more focused state. This natural phenomenon can assist in the process of spiritual discovery and enlightenment and becomming more self aware and more aware of The higher power. The mind is actually brought to a stop for some people through physical intervention of its proper operation, triggering enlightenment.

Just dance like no body is watching and dance to remember your past and for the future of your children and let you body be “over-taken by the Source of all Spirit ”. This is where you are doing ancient rituals done before and you are almost embodieing the ones before you who have done it the same way and they do this to heal and enjoy and have fun, honor certion people, events, animals and more.

19-Pilgrimage

This is the path your ancestors before you took to find enlightenment. You can take these steps and it can be super helpful when trying to replace what you know with what you want to know when you tap into the sacred knowledge and wisdom that comes with passing through the enlightenment experience.

20-Sensory Deprivation

21-Health

Make sure to have many fluids, mostly true filtered water and eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and other vitamins or nutrients you can find in natural plants. You must include water daily and exercise of you health will not be optimal.

Little do most people know having a banana a day actually helps digestion and depression more than almost any other fruit. The potassium helps you become happier and enjoy things more. I tend to have serveal a day, I even think its basicly hardcoded into our DNA to eat bananas if we really do evolve from Primates which evidence show's we most likely are.

23-Aware of self.

One of the easiest meditations is to be aware of self and breathe and just focusing on that alone. This is what most people miss because you must be aware of yourself and be able to communicate to all parts of your body efficiently as well as other people . Our bodies gives us hints of if we ate bad food or we drank something we shouldn't of etc. Learning to understand that is a huge help to understanding happiness and more.

24-Psychedelics (catalyst to Enlightenment)

DMT, Ayahuasca Psilocin / Psilocybin (Mushrooms), LSD, Peyote / Mescaline, Eating Cannabis and Other Psychedelics could just be the spark that starts something inside you. To cover all potential enlightenment drugs would be too much to list and describe and get into detail. Use as your own RISK.

25-Spontaneous Enlightenment

If you don’t like any of these natural ways to achieve your spiritual awakening, spiritual enlightenment has been known to spontaneously occur but I wouldn’t count on this path as it is just a gamble and a random thing that could happen. Good luck finding enlightenment without seeking. You’re almost guaranteed to attain enlightenment looking into it more.
