Persistence
It is undeniable that through perseverance, much, if not all, can be achieved.
Perseverance is such a strong quality, in which, despite all the obstacles and failures, a person will firmly and confidently go to his goal. In many ways, it is based on enthusiasm, which in turn is a positive emotion. Positive emotions are always characteristic of the initial maturation of the plan and most importantly do not lose them, because they contribute to the successful development of events. In the future, the enthusiasm gradually disappears, and here begin to show those qualities that will withstand a collision with problems.
Throughout the journey, perseverance is tested many times. The initial period is the most difficult because the results are not yet visible and the progress towards the goal is based only on faith. At this point, many give up, but it is the lot of losers. They never get to achieve success in serious cases because the development is really something worthy to be at least one year. Stubborn perseverance is one of the secrets of success.
Why do some people have this quality and others do not? There are many reasons: weakness of character, lack of purpose, laziness, weak desires.
Leaders in their work never use such a thing as a" problem " because it attracts negative thoughts. Instead, a different concept of "current situation"is used. However, the leaders themselves are failing. This is due to various reasons, economic instability, unfortunate circumstances and others. But most often these are factors such as:
1. Inability to find a common language with others.
This is one of the most common failures. Since the task of the leader is to effectively and efficiently manage, it is important to find a common language with the people involved in this process. In the work between the leader and the team should be a complete understanding, only then the result will be positive. A weak leader will never deserve respect because he usually does not try to listen to his subordinates. Such people are usually inherent pride and they live on the principle that they are the smartest and no one has the right to tell them something.
2. No ability to adapt to change.
Over time, many methods and techniques of solving problems are improved and it is necessary that people do not lag behind these innovations, and actively implement them. Unfortunately, the big mistake is that many leaders each time use the same methods that were previously effective, but over time are outdated and do not give the result that is needed.
3. Fear of mistakes.
Often leaders suffer fear of mistakes and often, to prevent them in their decisions, stop doing something at all. Such inaction leads to defeat. Strong leaders are able to accept them with dignity and, moreover, to solve them effectively.
4. Consequences of mistakes.
It is important how a person copes with the difficulties. If you can learn from mistakes and learn from them, it will be a good hardening. If you are very worried and give up, then it will not lead to anything good. In this case, we need a positive attitude.
The one who really wants it achieves everything, and the way of many successful people is not simple. The main thing is not to give up and go forward no matter what.
