And in this article, I'll tell you my personal experience with this problem, and then how I got rid of it.

What is a panic attack?

PA is an acute fear of death or madness that lasts 15 to 30 minutes. This information is written on almost any site, and so I will not dwell here. It will be much more important to know what causes a panic attack?

Why don't all people have panic attacks?

Because we were all raised differently. Some grew up to be anxious, while others remained more calm. This is a very long topic, and in a few words it can not be described. How to cope with a panic attack once and for all?

Because you're not going to interpret your heart rate as a danger. And from now on, you'll forget the problem of panic attacks once and for all.

Roughly speaking, let yourself die, and you will never die. Allow yourself to experience a panic attack, and you will never experience it. I remember how often I used to make fun of myself like this: "Ha! More tension? And like you're gonna kill me now? Come on, get started! And come quickly, and then th-then I don't die horribly!”

I said that because I knew for sure that a panic attack would never kill me. And as soon as I started to think that way, in a sarcastic way, my tension was quickly gone. And even more so I did not have any panic attack.

So if you really believe that your condition causes absolutely no threat, then you will quickly forget your panic fear. However, when you get rid of this, do not think that this is your problem will end. Now I do not mean the problems of panic attacks, but the issues with your stress that comes out in the body.

To get rid of these problems, you need to find a good therapist! Not a psychiatrist, not a neurologist, much less a cardiologist. I know perfectly well how after the first PA people start running to doctors who send them to other doctors. I'm just as aware of how much it's exhausting that you can't get any real information.

Therefore, I recommend you to look for good psychologists or psychotherapists. If one doesn't fit, look for another. In our country, there are very few such specialists who really understand this problem and which is generally called neurosis! It's not vascular dystonia! Such a diagnosis is not even in ICD-10! Your problems are referred to as neurosis and only neurosis! And a panic attack is just a tiny symptom, like the tip of an iceberg.
