I've been at a 200 hour yoga teacher training here in Thailand and during one of the philosophy lectures, the teacher had a talk on tantric sex. The core of this science being that your sexual energy is the most potent and powerful life force.
Pretty much long story short, dont cum, and redirect your sexual prana by subliming the energy upwards into creativity, business, and expanding consciousness.
