"Violent Violence" because there could be a thing called "Non-Violent Violence". Violence is use of physical force to damage or hurt. Violent is adjective to describe in one of it's more neutral definition: intense. Something could be not so intense, physical and hurtful. I know what that could be: words. For example; sarcasm or truth. People are scared to use these tools of negative feedback. Negative feedback is very corrective. people!

Thanks for catching that, it gives the wrong meaning. It was redundant and creates confusion where an implication is that there is non violent violence. Oops... lol. Aggressive use of force against another who did no harm, is a violation, and violence. Force to stop an aggression or violence is not violence ;) Thanks for the feedback.
