There's practically no racism, but people tend to dislike some minority cultures, like ones where "everything is common, including what you think is yours". I don't think people care about skin color or nose shape, but culture. The current influx of muslims is also very uncomfortable for many Finnish people, as they bring a culture that is very different from ours. After all societies are based on cultural heritage, a common language and unspoken rules, which these newcomers lack. But I wouldn't count that as racism. Tension - yes.

Most people in Finland regard themselves as just "Finns". There are some minority groups, most of whom share the same history and national pride as the majority. I don't know about Gypsies.
