Take a pause

Leave everything you do. Leave the house / office and go to work in a park or cafe. And even better - forget about work and do something completely unusual for yourself. Go to a museum or an exhibition, the theme of which is unfamiliar to you. Take a weekend off to another city. Do not think this day about work and usual cares. Do what you've never done before - go to the rink, cook an exotic dish, meditate, do not talk all day. This recharge will allow you to dilute the routine, help to find new ideas and sources of inspiration.
