Why does fear paralyze ?
The only thing to fear is fear itself, so the saying goes. Another popular saying is that too much knowledge can be a dangerous thing. Opposites in this world seem to be part of nature. Darkness turns into light, and light comes out of darkness.
For every season turn-turn.
It’s difficult seeing darkness come out of human beings. We naturally want to see righteousness and truth, but sometimes the truth can be ugly. When something is ugly we turn a blind eye. For me it’s difficult studying history and watching similar themes play out over and over again.
Eat too much candy? Stomach ache! Yet we sometimes keep playing out the same scenerios hoping to expect a different outcome. Corruption in politics and “leadership”? Well that hasn’t changed either. Would it be fair to say that it’s just
human nature? After all wolf packs attack other wolf packs. Perhaps it is just the survival of the fittest? Then again sometimes the most unlikely “weaklings” end up surviving and sometimes thrive.
The world seems to go like a mary-go-round. Which part of the cycle are we in? Darkness goes to light, and light goes to darkness. I’m just hoping we are close to the darkest hour, so that we can enjoy the cycle of light.

I think we as a society are slow to learn not because the system is designed that way but we ourselves resist change sometimes. I say this in reference to cycles and repetitions. I am not sure if thr cycle our times would bring us to a sweeter tomorrow but I think we can create with what we already have a sweeter today :-)

Amen to that. Bring on the light. Fear is worry about that which may not even be real. It is unproven and can be imaginary. We do not know if it is real or not. With my experiences the outcome of my fear turns out to be much better than the dark I painted. Thanks @bearbear613
