I read your argument, enjoying the way your mind twists and turns, then I am brought up short. I suddenly realise that I was not taking into account that the main theme of this presentation is 'Value' not just some undefined starting point.

Your reply to @heretickitten added to what you had already written, which is a good way to develop and grow a theory. You were forced to examine what you'd said from a different perspective and we all benefited.
