Yes.. I totally agree with you apolymask.. :)The majority of people means, i think "Youth" of these days. They think that the people who try to be healthy ones by eating healthy food, are magical or something.
Because, as you mentioned, they think that Pizza Hut, McDonald's, KFC, contain the healthy food. That is really a disappointing situation friend...
Maybe Yes. But May be not. All of peoples are variant bcz they consider both concepts...

In Italy we all make efforts to eat healthy and have a healthy lifestyle. Completely normal.
