As an educator, I can't believe that they were allowed to buy tickets in the "education" frame.
What do you think that would allow them to buy their tickets?
Education, certainly. It funds others, just doesn't always get the funding that itself needs.
That's a good point. It seems to make room for the idea according to which 'education' should be (if necessary) supported by something else. Some principle of 'justice', maybe.
