"Generally", If one is talking on/about something that you know little about...that might, still hold your absolute attention...(curious to know/learn more!!!) you tend to tag him..."Oh, wow, you are so intelligent". Being Intelligent academically is absolutely subjective !!! There can be several parameters to assess it. I believe the mental ability (grey matter) to absorb more, assess more, access more and be able to express more than others might make one "Intelligent"! (Still conditions apply)! :)
Though God has created every living organism, nature, humans totally intelligent in their own unique way!!!
Being Stupid or Stupidity...I perceive it to be just an "action", "behaviour" or "knowledge related" that was not portrayed well as per the norms of the society!!!
