Communication is absolutely vital, yet how much of our time is dedicated to understanding even the most basic interactions that we have with others and with ourselves? What we have, right here, on a grand scale, is an epic failure to communicate. How tedious and unimportant can our default conversations get? Life is too short to simply remain in first gear of nagging trivialities. Let’s have some real talk about the importance of communication and its role in building antifragile relationships that grow stronger when put under the pressures that life inevitably generates.
