Haha. Actually, it was just water. For 2.5 days I went without water as well... I never intended to fast that long nor go without water that long. I just listened to what my body was truly telling me. It was a powerful 2 weeks, literally changed my entire trajectory in life.

I plan on doing another several week(depending on what my body says) fast at the end of this month commencing on my birthday.

I'll do a greater write up on my experiences with fasting and protocols that I have learned. Breath-work is a massive component in fasting, along with a conducive environment.

Haha, on a lot of levels you can do similar work with fasting as with psychedelics. Different teachers :)

The key to both is intentionality. Skipping meals while gaming (definitely an old pass time) brings some of the physiological benefits of fasting, but not so much the psychological :)

But, 3 days minimum is required for many physiological benefits. So, unless you were gaming for 3 days ;) However, if you were also going without sleep and overworking your mind it could have negated some benefits...
