An action is required for the color green to exist in the visible spectrum. The color grren is a permanent action. Are not all things in a permanent state of flux? How so then could green become green and then the action ceases?

Possibly actions unobserved remain recorded in a meta-field in some form of stasis in a level of awareness which is normally out of our field of awareness?
