sometimes our choices are determined by this philosophy. It could seem messed up looking from the outside. but in the moment, it could be the most rational decision to make.
but not everybody chooses to make a decision, some people actually abstain from making a choice, maybe leadership qualities could be involved in the decision making process.

But by abstaining from making a choice, they are making a different kind of choice...no way out of it, hehe. Leadership is being able to make decisions and get people to follow them :)
