#Panlasang pinoy 5...Laing....
Hi steemit have you tasted this food laing? This is also a specialty of bicol.Laing is considered to be staple and most bicolano's homes and it is very simple recipe that I assure and it so easy to fallow. The ingredients for this food was radially available and easy to found in grocery or even in market. Laing is to easy to make at home which your free to blend according to your taste. And your free to choose if pork meet, shrimp, or dried fish to add in your laing dish.
Laing is best if taro leaves (dahon ng gabi) is dried and simmered it in cucunut milk and cook in low and slowly so that the flavor of all ingredients was mix well.
Here the ingredients that I used in this food;
- Taro leaves (dahon ng gabi)
- Optional (pork, shrimp, dried fish)
- Garlic (chop)
- Onion(slice)
- Ginger(stripe)
- Cucunut milk
- Cucunut milk (pure, cream)
- Chili labuyo (slice, whole)
Procedure; - First put the pork In a large fun and a water
until it cover and set in a low fire. If the meat was already cook drain it and cut it into cube. - Combine the onion,garlic, ginger and cucunut milk into cooking fun mix until it boil.
- If the cucunut milk already boiling put the cut pork,pepper, salt, msg, and the taro leaves then covered it for 10 minutes remember don't steer it let the cucunut milk boil until it dry...
- Put the pure cucunut milk and the chili labuyo and wait for 7 to 8 minute until become it dry..
Then ready to serve ...and injoy eating with your family...
