Mandaue city, Cebu: New Implemented Law

The government will act if there is something wrong with his/her place. It is necessary to take action if there is a series of danger will occur inside the place. Mandaue city, Cebu was one of the place that represents a series of danger.

There were alleged murdered, snatching and plunder on the said area of Mandaue city. The government were alarmed of this incident and called a meeting of the officials then implement a law which is to ban from wearing a masks, bonnets or any means of covering the head or face in the public whether you are inside a car, bus, riding a motorcycle or even walking in the street. But the strange thing is that it is okay to wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle. Also, they added that it is okay to wear a sunglass. (sounds unreasonable right?)

 

The public motorists and the citizen were shocked and also alarmed of the said law, because of the bus that are heavily bursting smoke in the (rear pump) that are black as a coal and the health of the public are in danger and most of the victims are motorists and their motorcycle were arrested until they pay their fine of Php5000.00 of each motor that were seize. Some of the citizens were not approved of the said implementation because they said that the murderer and/or the snatcher are not dumb enough and rant their anger on the social media to let the government know of their side. 

Is this a kind of technique to fasten the money of the officials then steal all of it? Or a kind of officials that help the citizen in the near future?
