Pineapple in English; Piña in Tagalog

This fruit was brought in Pagsanjan Laguna. This fruit is one of my favorite fruit of all time. It is a good source of fiber and Vitamin C. Aside from being serve as a dessert this fruit can be used in cooking. We try it to put on our native Adobo Pork Recipe. The juice is available in many supermarkets. As is it scientifically proven that it can help to lower bad cholesterol. Sounds very cool and juicy😋
I will now enjoy this pineapple goodness guys!
