(In this Filipino fish recipe, milkfish is stewed in a flavorful, slightly sour broth with lots of vegetables, an all-time favorite.)
"INGREDIENTS:"
1 MilkFish/Bangus
2 Onion/Sibuyas
1 Small Bunch Spring Onion
4 Tomato/Kamatis
3 Long Chili/Siling Haba
5 Garcinia morella/Batuan
1 Raddish/Labanos
1 Bunch String Bean/Sitaw
7 pcs. Okra
1 Bunch Camote Tops Leaves/Talbos ng Kamote
2 Liter Water
Salt
Ingredients In Cut:
"PROCEDURE:"
Step 1 : Put Water, Salt, Onion and tomato in pan.
Step 2 : Start the fire and wait until boil. And Simmer a little.
Step 3 : Add the MilkFish/Bangus and Garcinia morella/Batuan. And simmer in medium heat in any minutes.
Step 4 : After add the Raddish/Labanos and Okra. And simmer in a bit.
Step 5 : Add the String Bean/Sitaw, Spring Onion and Siling Haba/Long Chili. And simmer in a bit.
Step 6 : Lastly, Add Camote Tops Leaves/Talbos ng Kamote and simmer again in any minutes until you see all ingredients cook well. But if you want very over cook you can longer a little.
Step 7 : And mix the soup slowly and taste it, If your not satisfied to taste just add more salt according to your taste.
After you satisfied you can now serve happily your soup to your Family and Friends.
(P.s Very affordable , healthy, Delicious and really very Good for big family serving! And Also Nicely serve hot when the weather in philippines is windy and rainy is really the best partner to rice!)
