WE ARE VICTIMS OF A CONSTITUTIONAL SET-UP
The present situation has made apparent a huge defect in the system of checks and balances of the 1987 Constitution as well as exposed the rotten duplicity of our apparently fraudulently elected officials . The immunity from suit with impeachment as the only recourse for the removal of appointed Constitutional officials does not appear to be an ideal option. A relatively honest official might be ganged up on and removed on rather flimsy grounds as what happened to CJ Corona.
On the other hand, to expect that a COMELEC Chairman might be removed for perpetrating massive electoral fraud sounds more like a delusional rather than a practical proposition. A COMELEC Commissioner who successfully committed massive fraud would undoubtedly have more friends than enemies among the elected officials supposed to impeach him.
As usual, the various song and dance numbers that preceded his impeachment : the teen-agers's deaths, Paolo's tattoos, Trililing's ethics case, Sereno's impeachment and the CHR's P1,000 budget were merely distractions to keep us occupied and to dissipate the anger towards Bautista until the fix could be arranged properly.
With the Bautista impeachment out, we can expect that the teenager's deaths will again be brought to fore in today's protests, the CHR's budget will be resolved and Sereno's impeachment and Trililing's ethics case will die contrived deaths in the Senate while even the Monsignor's case will quietly fade into history.
Time is obviously on the side of the malefactors as it only allows them the opportunity to scheme and conspire, "gapangin", until they find a "proper" solution to their problems. And none of it will surely amount to any good. Must we really have to wait till more lives are sacrificed?

Inaayos ng Presidente ng Pilipinas ang SAKIT dito pero ang iba gusto nila ang ganoong sakit para mas maraming perang makukurakot sa gobyerno the merrier! Ang mga nagsipag-iyakang talunan kung ano ano na ang ginagawang paraan para lang guluhin ang tao o lituhin at ibintang kay Presidente ang lahat ng social problem ng decandent country na ito!

Ang iingay nila sa tuwing may napapatay na kriminal na nanlaban, pero kapag may mga batang ginahasa at pinatay ng mga walang hiyang mga salot sa lipunan-wala silang paki alam. (Ang sakit isipin, ano naba ang nangyayari sa atin?)
Oo, walang celebrity, walang CHR, walang CBCP, walang GABIELA... Wala lahat sila na ang ginawang heinous crime ay isnab nila... PERO KAPAG CRIMINAL NAPAPATAY PARA SILANG PUTAK NG PUTAK NA WALANG KALAMAN LAMAN ANG ISINISIGAW!
Philippines has the sad privilege to be considered as one of the most politically corrupted country in the world. I must tell you frankly that i wouldn't like to live in a country where a government knows better than me and decide at my own place what is good or bad for me. And to continue to forbidden a so useful and profitable plant than marijuana, that played a major role since the dawn of civilisations as a medecine, raw material and strategic resource; under the reason it's dangerous is so ridiculous when you can kill yourself a hundred times better everywhere with free alcohol and free tobacco, but is also completely against human rights. Prohibition has been recognized by many states and country now that it was an evil law put in place to serve chemical and oil corporations interests to develop insanely their industries. From a part, i think it's one of the main reason of ecological disaster as this resource could be used to replace dirty fuel and stupid paper made from wood pulp. If your country could legalize marijuana, i think it could really help to reduce violence and corruption heavily, bring tourists massively and make good money for everybody as it could help also to reduce also our ecological footprint. Why governments are so greedy and stupid ? They serve their wallet and the interests of the richest corporations first, they are their puppets who keep the privilege of wealth everywhere away from poor people to keep them in poverty.
Corrupt government likes to CORRUPT UNDERPRIVILEGED even more, promising them the land of milk and honey. I think that was before. They cant'f fool Filipinos anymore, not in President Duterte's watch, though a lot of corrupt officials roaming around, looking for a better way to move the corrupt money they have acquired for so long and afraid to be "lifestyle check"by the present administration. A long things has changed after a year and a half since the President came into power from drugs to corrupt officials in the land! There will be no president like him after 6 years, that's why like the Federal Government and let's see who's city is the most corrupt if ever that happened in his term.
