Ideas are open but i cant speak for the entire team but what we have here is a collaboration of support and mentoring system to benefit new members. It can be demotivating to give real quality content but low on upvotes. So we identify our true and capable contributors. We are also going on a campaign to educate people in malaysia of the value in participating in steemit.
