Thanks for putting up this quote+photo, I have been trying for a long time to live more according to that quote, being present in the here and now and focussing on the now. Yet, it's often hard, when you are haunted by bad memories and fear of the future, but this quote means a lot to me. Thanks for making my day a little brighter!
