I stayed in PH for 2 weeks. It is a beautiful country, with amazing culture and people - but the state of animal care is pretty bad. Its so sad to see dogs chained up and neglected. There needs to be more education on how to treat pets. Thank you for the effort you put in.
While the Philippines has many good sides, this is not one of them. Thanks for the comment.
