I have nothing against black but seems as though it is like their way of life. In Europe we have a different problem..although the beggars are controlled , there is a group of men that belongs to the Romanian Gang that attacks the atm machines.. they put explosives and get the money. There are not much attacks though 'cause red inks are used by the bank that explodes within the cash containers of the machine when these boxes are being opened with excessive force.. that makes the paper fiat worthless.
