You are friendly, affectionate but distant.
Confident at the same time hesitant.
You are brave and also scared.
Of tastings rejection again, you will be impaired.
You are tired and still you fight.
For tomorrow you pray it will not be another plight.
You wish and you hope for your soul to have peace.
And that the universe will not bring you to your knees.
I will hug the pain away and kiss you tears dry.
You are the one that matters.
Today, right now and all of tomorrows.
Here now, let me be the UN to conditional love..
